Server

At South Of Beale, we help our adventurous guests discover bold and unique flavors in food and drink and leave fulfilled.

We are always looking for energetic personalities to join our service team and help guide our guests through the SOB adventure. Duties include, but are not limited to, guest interaction and education, dining room maintenance, cleaning and standard full-service practices that include opening, running and closing sidework.

Experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant is required. Teamwork, a sense of urgency and a positive outlook are characteristics of what we look for in future SOB team members.

Assistant Kitchen Manager

South of Beale, Memphis' First Gastropub, is looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager. Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required. 2+ years experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant is required.
